The lawn/grounds has been maintained. No special services have been utilized. Just cutting, trimming, and watering. Recently, the HOA took photos of weeds/dandelions. These are seasonal and should be gone by late May. Until then, maintenance will continue.

All of the quality window treatments have lasted! I taped this torn one in the Master bedroom together when we first moved in 3+ years ago…still works!

More views of the effects of the home settling. The most noticeable place is on the kitchenette wall. The 5th photo is of the window sill in the Master Bedroom, where the drywall chipped away over the cold seasons. The staircases have lots of nail pops.

Toilet seats are tattering (see the brown peeling spots). This is true for all of the toilet seats throughout the home.
